Cancellation Policy

While we hate to enforce it, we do have a cancellation policy.

If you cancel 10 days or more prior to your arrival, you will receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee.

If the cancellation is between 9 or 4 days prior to your arrival, then one night of the highest daily rate reserved will be forfeited.

If the cancellation is within 3 days of your arrival, then the entire reservation is forfeited.
